Friends of Acre Heads (FOAH)
We’re lucky to have a passionate, active parent community at Acre Heads. Friends of Acre Heads (FOAH) brings families, staff and local supporters together to enrich school life—from funding resources and trips to running events that make memories. Each year, with the help of our school community, FOAH raises thousands of pounds that go straight back into school to benefit every child.
Everyone’s welcome. Parents, carers, grandparents and friends can all get involved—whether you can give a couple of hours at an event, lend a specific skill, or join the planning team.
What FOAH helps to fund
• Classroom and playground resources, sports and music equipment
• Contributions towards educational visits and enrichment activities
• One-off projects that enhance learning and play across the school
• Extras that make school life special—seasonal events, workshops and more
How you can get involved (flexible, no pressure)
• Volunteer at an event (set-up, run a stall, tidy up)
• Offer a skill (design/printing, photography, DIY, bid-writing, baking, face-painting—anything!)
• Donate a raffle prize or introduce a local business sponsor
• Match funding: ask your employer if they’ll match what we raise at an event
• Join a meeting to help plan what’s next—or just pop in to listen and share ideas
• Spread the word: follow and share FOAH updates

The FOAH Family Christmas Party will take place this year on Friday 19th December from 6.30pm-8.30pm with the bar staying open after the party for you to carry on the fun. Food, dancing, games and fun 🥳.
