Tea Time Club
Our Tea Time Club is open to all pupils from 3:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and is run by Acre Heads staff.
Where to go: Tea Time Club is held in the Carlton, Year 3 classroom. Pupils are escorted to the club at the end of the school day.
Time slots & pricing:
- 3:30–4:40pm – £2.50.
- 3:30–6:00pm – £5.00.
- After an extra-curricular club until 6:00pm – £2.50 (for pupils attending school-run clubs).
Collection times: Collection slots are 4:40pm, 5:00pm, 5:20pm, 5:40pm or 6:00pm. If you need a different pick-up time, call/text and we’ll bring your child to the front door—please allow five minutes’ notice. (The Welcome Desk closes at 4:15pm; after this time please phone 07927 652299.)
Activities: Children can choose from craft, colouring, computers/media, games and disco nights. When the weather allows, there is supervised outdoor play using our Acre Play equipment. At times, children may watch age-appropriate programmes/DVDs (U or PG only) with movie night Friday a welcomed relaxing time of the week,
Snacks: A selection of after-school snacks is offered (options may vary depending upon availability).
Payments & vouchers: We accept advance payments and are registered for Tax-Free Childcare; we also accept Computershare, Fideliti, Sodexo and Edenred childcare vouchers. Payments can be made via the school’s online system (e.g., PAY360).
Late collection: If pick-up moves into the next price band, the next session charge applies. After 6:00pm, a £2.50 late fee is added.
