Mr Sitch held a whole school assembly today, the focus of the assembly was welcoming the children back to school and showing them the new Acre Play activities
We have a revamped set of sheds, a quiet zone, tag rugby, volleyball, kick tennis, football, go karts, games shed, handball plus lots of others things!

Today we held a whole school assembly on the school field. Mr Sitch spoke to the children about road safety, water safety, stranger danger and lots of exciting plans for Acre Heads next year.
We donโt just say goodbye to Year 6 today but also to Miss Butterill our lovely Year 5 teacher who is leaving Acre Heads today. Good luck in your new school, you will be missed.
We also celebrated Miss Cusack who this summer will be getting married, when she returns to Year 5 she will be Mrs Latham-Warde. We hope you have a fantastic special day!

Yesterday, Year 6 put their teamwork, creativity and problem-solving skills to the test during our Team Challenges Day! ๐
Working in teams, the children designed their own team flags, built spaghetti and marshmallow towers, created marble rollercoasters and took part in a fast-paced drawing relay. Throughout the day, they showed fantastic communication, resilience and determination, encouraging one another and having lots of fun along the way.
