The Year 6 boys football team and the Years 5 and 6 girls football team have taken part in a tournament at Hymers College today.

Congratulations to both teams, they have all enjoyed their day

The boys football team were winners of their competition and the girls came a very respectable second place in theirs

The children experimented to find the best way to make foam, they tested 3 different soap solutions to find the one that foamed the best and then made their own slime! 🫧🧪 🤩👏🏻

They looked at how to stay safe at work and tried on some of the safety clothes that we can use to protect us at work. They also looked at grouping different things into mechanical and electrical.
