Holiday Club

Our Holiday Club runs during the three main holiday periods – Christmas, Easter and summer (plus selected INSET days). Open to children currently in FS2 to Year 6, it delivers fun-packed days in a safe, familiar setting with the faces they know. Led by experienced Acre Heads staff on site, the programme is designed around children’s needs – balancing active play, creativity and time to unwind.

When we run: We open during set weeks of the Christmas, Easter and summer holidays, and on selected INSET days. Exact dates are advertised in advance each term.

Typical day: 8:30am–3:30pm (please check the booking page or flyer for confirmed times for each holiday).

Activities: A varied programme including cookery, sport, drama, craft, and outdoor play using our Acre Play equipment. Activities are age-appropriate and designed to keep children engaged all day.

Food & drink: Children should bring a nut-free packed lunch and a refillable water bottle. We’ll share any themed days or additional food offers in the holiday schedule.

Who can attend: Open to all primary-aged children, including those from other schools (subject to available places).

Booking & payment: Book via ParentPay. Childcare vouchers are accepted. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early-bird discounts may be available—see the current flyer for details.

Safeguarding & care: Sessions are led by DBS-checked staff and follow school policies with appropriate adult-to-child ratios. Please tell us about any medical, allergy or dietary needs when booking.
